Job Description

Help Customer to identify their ideal travel plans based on their interests and requirements.

Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan)

Issuance and reissuance

Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate them to the best level possible.

Date Change , Schedule Change and Refunds.

Determining clients needs and suggesting suitable travel packages on calls and Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales.

Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach.

Responsible for generating revenue for company Handling Inbound calls.

Achieve the profit targets.

Requirements-

1+ years of proven experience in Spanish Voice Process inbound Travel Sales (Spanish Travel Process).

Interacting with the Airlines.

Must have Excellent Communication Skills In Spanish (both verbal & written ).

Spanish Travel sales process.

Excellent convincing power and negotiations skills.

· Must be comfortable to work in night shift and morning shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
