Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spanish Translator with over 3 years of professional experience, particularly in voice-based processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, especially from Mexico, and will be responsible for ensuring accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate communication between teams.

This is an onsite opportunity based in Noida, offering a dynamic work environment and the chance to collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate verbal and written communication from Spanish to English and vice versa with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and cultural nuances.
• Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions in Spanish as part of business process support.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and teams, especially from Mexico.
• Support cross-functional teams by translating meetings, training sessions, and documentation.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
• Assist in quality audits and ensure consistent use of terminology across projects.
• Provide cultural context and guidance to internal teams when dealing with Spanish-speaking clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spanish translator, preferably in a voice process or BPO environment.
• Prior experience coordinating with clients or stakeholders from Mexico is mandatory.
• Excellent command over both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work from the Noida office (onsite role).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Spanish language (DELE, SIELE, or equivalent).
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or client coordination roles.
