You will be expected to deliver exceptional service while navigating healthcare systems and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all other relevant healthcare regulations. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in both Spanish and English (spoken and written), with prior experience in U.S. healthcare patient communication or customer service being preferred. Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric mindset are essential, along with comfort with remote work and familiarity with CRM or EMR systems.
