Cab facility - Pick and drop

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, and chats in Spanish language.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products/services offered by the company.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • C1 certified level proficiency in Spanish language (written & spoken).
  • Minimum 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as required.
