Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in Chandigarh. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall customer experience. The day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and maintaining a positive customer relationship.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• B2 Level Spanish Certification is Mandate
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh
