Our service provides free at-home Urgent Care and COVID Testing, making healthcare accessible to everyone. Our clinicians come to you to diagnose illnesses and can test for Covid-19, Flu, Strep, and RSV, as well as send prescriptions to your pharmacy. Role Description This full-time role is for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) at BeeperMD. The CSR will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Chandigarh. Qualifications Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Spanish and English communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Shifts Rotational Night Shifts Rotational Week offs Show more Show less
