Space & Experiential Designer

As a Space & Experiential Designer at Rewiz Design, you will be responsible for transforming brands into immersive retail and spatial experiences by blending storytelling, innovation, and craftsmanship. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Design & Conceptualization:** - Create immersive branded environments by developing fresh, compelling, and experience-driven concepts for retail spaces, VM setups, exhibitions, and experiential zones aligned with Rewiz's design ethos. - Conduct research on user behavior, brand identity, market trends, and project goals to inform thoughtful design solutions. - Craft visually strong design decks, mood boards, sketches, 3D renders, and presentations for internal and client reviews. - Integrate emerging technologies like AR/VR previews, interactive media, digital retail elements, and AI-driven design tools into spatial design. - **Project Execution & Delivery:** - Drive projects from conceptual stage to on-ground execution while maintaining design intent through fabrication and installation. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, fabricators, and in-house production units for seamless outcomes. - Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure projects are delivered within agreed parameters. - Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and detailing across all deliverables. - **Client Relations & Business Growth:** - Build strong client partnerships by understanding their needs, translating them into impactful experiences, and exceeding expectations consistently. - Identify potential clients and projects to contribute to Rewiz's growth in retail, experiential, and brand environment segments. - Confidently present concepts, communicate the value of design solutions, and support proposal building and contract discussions. - Represent Rewiz at design events, retail forums, exhibitions, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility. - **Innovation & Professional Development:** - Stay updated on global design trends, materials, retail tech, fabrication innovation, and emerging experiential formats. - Enhance your skills through workshops, learning programs, and personal exploration. - Mentor junior designers, share best practices, and contribute to raising the creative and operational standards of the team. - Experiment with new methodologies, tools, workflows, material applications, and spatial storytelling techniques to advance Rewiz's design practice. **Educational Qualification:** B Arch, NID etc. **Software Proficiency:** AutoCAD, 3D Max/Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.,
