Spa Therapist

As a Spa Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide professional massage therapies, skincare treatments, and wellness services to ensure guest relaxation, comfort, and satisfaction. You will deliver a variety of spa services such as body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure in a safe and comfortable manner. It will be essential to maintain equipment, sample inventory of products, and keep documentation while maintaining client files. In addition, you will need to keep the treatment room clean and stocked, acknowledge and respond to customer queries and needs, and suggest and promote retail products or additional services. Upholding hygiene standards and following health and safety regulations will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will be required to cooperate with administration and report any arising issues promptly. To excel in this position, you must apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends in massage techniques, skincare treatments, and product knowledge.
