Spa Therapist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Therapist, located in New Delhi 5 Star Hotel. The Spa Therapist will perform a variety of spa treatments,and other cosmetology services. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality therapies, maintaining hygiene standards, and creating a relaxing environment for clients. The role requires direct interaction with clients, offering expert advice, and tailoring treatments based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Spa Treatments, including facials and pedicures
• Knowledge of Cosmetology and associated techniques
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a client-focused attitude
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards
• Relevant certifications in spa therapy or cosmetology are a plus
• Prior experience in a spa or similar environment is beneficial
