As a Conversationalist with a Sales focus, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the organization. We are looking for candidates who are Graduates or Diploma holders with a good understanding of computer systems. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Retail, Service, or Hospitality industry is required. You should be willing to work in different shifts and maintain grooming standards as per the company's policy. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a Regional Language is necessary. In terms of remuneration, your incentives will be based on achieving targets, ranging from Rs 3,000 to Rs 10,000 per month. Additionally, you will be entitled to benefits such as Health Insurance, Provident Fund, and 6 days of Sick Leave/ Paid Leave per year. Work meals are applicable at select locations.
