About the Role:

We are seeking a smart, dedicated, and honest Spa Manager to lead our dynamic team at one of Kolkata’s premier day spas. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, passionate about wellness, and capable of managing daily operations while ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day spa operations, including staff supervision, guest relations, and service quality.
• Lead and motivate the spa team to deliver professional and personalized services.
• Ensure hygiene, ambiance, and overall client experience meet premium standards.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Handle client feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain sales targets and implement strategies to increase spa revenue.
• Train new staff and ensure ongoing professional development.
• Uphold ethical business practices and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Hindi/Bengali is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the spa or wellness industry.
• Excellent grooming and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure environments.
• A dedicated, smart-working, and honest individual with a positive attitude.
