Spa Coordinator

As a Spa Coordinator at our establishment, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting our sustainability initiatives. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about wellness, customer service, and eco-conscious living. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and personalized spa experience, managing appointments, staff schedules, and service coordination, overseeing spa facilities to maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations, as well as upselling spa treatments, memberships, and eco-friendly products. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or wellness setting, possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excel in communication and customer service, have a passion for sustainable and holistic wellness practices, and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
