Spa Attendant

Position Summary:

The Spa Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and anticipating the needs of spa guests.

Essential Job Functions:

• Clean and maintain all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas.
• Stock towels, bathrobes, and other supplies as needed.
• Greet spa guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Provide tours of the spa facilities and amenities.
• Answer guest questions and make recommendations for services and products.
• Prepare treatment rooms for each appointment and assist therapists as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for retail purchases and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
