S&P Procurement Transformation Manager

As a part of the Strategy and Consulting Global Network SC&O at Accenture, you will be involved in delivering sourcing and procurement engagements with a focus on strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, and procurement transformation across various industries and geographies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the implementation of procurement solutions by gathering requirements, defining technical designs, creating test scenarios, and ensuring the configured solution meets clients" requirements - Engaging in supply chain sourcing & procurement business process discussions with clients - Designing appropriate solutions by leveraging eProcurement platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, Zycus, Jaggaer - Providing estimates for project complexity and resource requirements - Creating test scripts for configuration testing, developing user manuals, and training users - Identifying suitable KPIs to track value post-implementation - Delivering final solution deliverables to customers and ensuring project success through customer liaison activities - Supporting business development activities like proposal responses, roadshows, staffing management, and asset development To excel in this role, you are expected to have: - Strong data analytics and interpretation skills - Problem-solving capabilities to deliver client satisfaction - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic environment Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA from Tier-1 B Schools or BE/BTech from Tier-1 engineering institutes - 2-4 years of consulting and industry experience in sourcing and procurement - Hands-on experience with eProcurement platforms such as Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, Jaggaer, GEP - Familiarity with digital sourcing and procurement solutions - Experience in a consulting firm with global exposure is desirable - Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle would be an added advantage At Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients, collaborate with industry experts, and develop your skills through personalized training modules.
