Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Southeast Asia Technical & Sales Engineer at Adwan Chemical Industries Company, located in India. The Technical & Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and conducting technical sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include interfacing with clients to understand their needs, offering technical solutions, and working closely with the sales team to drive sales engineering processes. The role also entails frequent communications with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any technical issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
• Experience in providing Technical Support
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the chemical industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
