About the Role: Vaikuntha Satys is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine with expertise in North Indian dishes as well. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare authentic, high-quality meals, maintain kitchen hygiene, and manage kitchen operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and flavor. 2. Prepare North Indian cuisine as per menu requirements. 3. Plan daily menus and ensure timely preparation. 4. Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards. 5. Manage inventory and coordinate with the purchase team for supplies. 6. Train and supervise kitchen staff when required. 7. Maintain quality control over taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience. 2. Expertise in South Indian cuisine (Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Chutneys, etc.). 3. Ability to prepare popular North Indian dishes. 4. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management. 5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
