Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian and Chinese dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
  • Collaborate with other chefs, waitstaff, and management to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in cooking South Indian or Chinese cuisine.
  • B.Sc degree in Food Technology or related field (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
