JD - Will be responsible to efficiently running of the department in line with brand and Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Sous Chef is responsible managing /assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
Eligibility - IHM/Culinary or Diploma, 2-4 years of experience as on duty Chef with a restaurant chain or brand Hotels, Creative & Costing good communication skills & guest & team handling.
