Sous Chef- Continental

You will be joining Alila Fort Bishangarh as a Sous Chef, where your primary responsibility will be to assist with the efficient running of the department in accordance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your role will involve meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations by supporting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operation. This includes ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through effective planning, organization, direction, and control of the Kitchen operation and administration. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Executive Chef in managing the assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center - Ensure maximum guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation - Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and develop new menu items - Supervise and train kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance - Maintain kitchen hygiene practices and adhere to occupational health and safety standards Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards - Preferably have experience in luxury international brands - Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage - Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards - Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred Thank you for considering a career at Alila Fort Bishangarh.,
