Role Overview: As a transformation consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will lead procurement implementation projects for clients, ensuring smooth execution and staying updated on the latest procurement tool developments. Your role will involve managing the scope and statement of work (SOW), building and maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating requirements and design sessions, leading project planning and management, overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and final sign-offs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring project team members, providing guidance and support, and supporting the implementation of IT changes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead procurement implementation projects for clients - Stay updated on the latest procurement tool developments - Manage the scope and statement of work (SOW) for procurement projects - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Facilitate requirements and design sessions - Lead project planning and management - Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final sign-offs - Manage and mentor project team members - Design, facilitate, and support the implementation of IT changes Qualifications Required: - Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop/implement appropriate solutions - Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, ensuring alignment and effective communication - Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and external partners About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world.
