Job Description

As a procurement implementation consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will play a crucial role in leading procurement implementation projects for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring smooth execution of procurement implementation projects for clients - Staying updated on and working with the latest procurement tool developments - Designing, facilitating, and supporting the implementation of IT changes - Managing the scope and statement of work (SOW) for procurement projects - Building and maintaining strong client relationships for effective project delivery - Facilitating requirements and design sessions to define project goals - Leading project planning and management to ensure milestones are met - Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final sign-offs - Contributing to the continuous enhancement of procurement processes and methodologies - Managing and mentoring project team members, providing guidance and support - Building relationships with various stakeholder interface points to ensure smooth communication and project alignment Your profile should include the following qualifications: - Evaluating business processes and anticipating requirements - Identifying areas for improvement and developing/implementing appropriate solutions - Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and users to ensure alignment and effective communication - Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget - Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders - Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Performing risk management activities to minimize project risks - Establishing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors and external partners At Capgemini Invent, you will appreciate the significance of flexible work arrangements that support remote work and flexible work hours to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
