This role involves building and nurturing relationships with influencers and their teams to facilitate impactful brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for working within the influencer, fashion, and lifestyle industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating Sourcing Requests:

o Identify and coordinate clients outfits, jewelry, accessories, and shoes for influencer collaborations.

o Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers, their managers, and talent agencies.

o Ensure timely delivery of fashion items to influencers and their teams.

2. Influencer Coordination:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managers, and content creators.

o Understand influencers personal styles, audiences, and brand fit to provide tailored recommendations.

3. Campaign & Event Management:

o Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute influencer dressing, gifting, and brand campaigns.

o Track and manage inventory of clients products used for influencer partnerships.

o Ensure all collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

4. Trend Analysis & Industry Networking:

o Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.

o Provide insights and recommendations based on influencer content trends and audience

engagement patterns.

o Attend fashion, lifestyle, and social media industry events to network with key stakeholders.

5. Other Tasks:

o Manage deliverables and deadlines with influencers and their teams.

o Prepare performance reports on influencer collaborations, including reach and

engagement metrics.

o Handle logistical and coordination issues that may arise during the sourcing and delivery process.
