About the Role:

We’re looking for a multi-skilled fashion professional to support sourcing, design development, and quality assurance— someone who can see a product through from concept to customer.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and onboard OEM and small-batch manufacturers across India that align with our design and quality standards.

-Source fabrics, trims, and finishes from trusted vendors

-Assist in product design, sampling & embellishment coordination

-Conduct detailed QC checks of bulk production

-Ensure accurate specs, neat stitching & high-quality finishes

-Liaise with vendors, manage follow-ups & oversee timelines

Travel for vendor visits, sourcing trips & trade fairs (as required)

-Build a reliable network of suppliers across geographies like Jaipur, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Surat, Kolkata, Tirupur, etc.

Who You Are:

4–5 years of experience in fashion sourcing or production (preferred in D2C or marketplace brands)

Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, surface techniques, and trims

Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for fit, stitching, and quality control

Comfortable with field visits and vendor coordination

Female candidates preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
