Hiring Sourcing/Project Executive in Real Estate Company.

A Sourcing/ Project Executive in Real Estate focuses on identifying and securing properties for Promotion or marketing. They are responsible for finding and acquiring the right New Projects like flats/villas/land to meet our organization's targets

Key Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
• Knowledge of the real estate market and local regulations .
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools .

Required Skills:

• Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with property owners and other Builders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various parties.
• Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals , builders and organizations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
