Job Description:

3-8 experience in Sourcing, transactional sourcing, Contract Management, RFx Management and Handling etc. • Bachelor’s degree / or Postgraduate.

Knowledge in O2C and MDM

• Category Identification and Management, RFx Management, Sourcing Event management, Supplier Selection, End to End Source to Pay Knowledge. • Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP SAP ERP In-tend, Simfoni etc.

To Perform and Deliver the below activities: Low-Value Transactional Sourcing Event Management: o Manage and understand business requirements for inclusion in the Business Case and obtain financial approval to proceed o Finalize the specification and develop commercial tender documents which are aligned with British Council’s requirements and suitable to go to market o Manage low-value sourcing events in line with relevant policies o Evaluate & select suppliers in line with relevant policies o Draft & perform Quality Assurance on Contracts o Upload and manage e-Commercial Contracts o Liaising with client for any changes in the Policies
