Description
You will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal Studies, or a related field along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing, agreements management, procurement, or supply chain management. Your focus should be on managing sourcing/agreement processes for goods or services. You should have experience in managing sourcing processes from supplier identification to agreement execution and in managing relationships with suppliers, which includes performance evaluations, agreement compliance, and issue resolution. Additionally, you should be well-versed in sourcing principles, negotiating principles, methodologies, and best practices. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Master's degree, certification in Business administration, Supply Chain, Business laws or related fields, experience in managing outsourced sourcing functions or tasks, negotiate operations, and overseeing and managing the performance of outsourced functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards. You should also have experience in using sourcing tools and software, such as eSourcing platforms, agreement management systems, and spend analysis tools. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools to create actionable insights and meaningful visualizations for sourcing performance analysis is a plus. The ability to identify cost-saving opportunities with excellent negotiating skills is highly desirable. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and strategies, managing sourcing processes for goods or services, identifying and engaging with external vendors or service providers to handle specific sourcing functions or tasks, overseeing and managing the performance of outsourced functions, supporting the execution of the agreement life-cycle, providing support and assistance in agreement dealings, terms clarification, resolving issues in collaboration with outsourced partners, and managing and developing strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and relevant outsourced partners/internal execution team.,
