You will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal Studies, or a related field along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing, agreements management, procurement, or supply chain management. Your focus should be on managing sourcing/agreement processes for goods or services. You should have experience in managing sourcing processes from supplier identification to agreement execution and in managing relationships with suppliers, which includes performance evaluations, agreement compliance, and issue resolution. Additionally, you should be well-versed in sourcing principles, negotiating principles, methodologies, and best practices. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Master's degree, certification in Business administration, Supply Chain, Business laws or related fields, experience in managing outsourced sourcing functions or tasks, negotiate operations, and overseeing and managing the performance of outsourced functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards. You should also have experience in using sourcing tools and software, such as eSourcing platforms, agreement management systems, and spend analysis tools. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools to create actionable insights and meaningful visualizations for sourcing performance analysis is a plus. The ability to identify cost-saving opportunities with excellent negotiating skills is highly desirable.
