Role Description This is a full-time, off-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential Channel Partners, managing relationships, and ensuring that products and services meet quality standards. The Sourcing Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sourcing strategies with company goals. Qualifications Experience in Sourcing and Channel Partner management Strong Relationship with Channel Partners and updated with Market Knowledge Ability to evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Management Studies Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Show more Show less
