Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, digital platforms, brokers, referrals, etc.).
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, channel partners, and real estate brokers.
• Maintain a database of leads and update records in CRM/software.
• Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and assisting in follow-ups.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to source clients.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of sourced leads.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sourcing role within the residential real estate sector.
