Job Responsibilities Supplier Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Strategic Sourcing & SCM Skills: Apply supply chain management principles to develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Negotiations & Coordination: Conduct negotiations and manage contractual agreements with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Process Awareness: Maintain an in-depth understanding of sourcing processes, policies, and compliance requirements. Technical Tools Usage: Utilize ERP systems such as Oracle and tools like MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking procurement metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in electrical procurement or related field (B.Tech/B.E. Electrical). Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including strategic sourcing and supplier management. Proficiency in procurement software applications such as ERP systems or similar tools. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights from various sources (e.g., market reports, financial statements). Proven track record of achieving cost reductions through effective negotiations with suppliers.
