Sourcing Executive

• Source Products and Suppliers
• Research and identify potential suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors locally and internationally.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, capacity, and compliance with quality standards.
• Request and analyze quotations, samples, and proposals.
• Negotiate Contracts
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure the best possible agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Procurement Coordination
• Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Quality Assurance
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks of sourced products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Market and Trend Analysis
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and emerging suppliers.
• Provide recommendations to optimize the sourcing strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product development, merchandising, and logistics teams to meet project timelines and goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,242.35 - ₹36,018.00 per month
