Job Description

Source Products and Suppliers
Research and identify potential suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors locally and internationally.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, capacity, and compliance with quality standards.
Request and analyze quotations, samples, and proposals.
Negotiate Contracts
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure the best possible agreements.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Procurement Coordination
Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Quality Assurance
Coordinate inspections and quality checks of sourced products.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Market and Trend Analysis
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and emerging suppliers.
Provide recommendations to optimize the sourcing strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product development, merchandising, and logistics teams to meet project timelines and goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,242.35 - ₹36,018.00 per month
