Position: Sourcing Executive

Location: CST Fort, Mumbai (On-Site)

Company: F Gheewala Human Resource Consultants

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Compensation: 20 40 Thousand, Negotiable

Qualifications:

BMS, BBA, or any Graduate degree.

Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience as HR Executive.

Key Skills Required:

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Proficient in Internet usage & MS Office tools.

Knowledge of social media recruitment trends and sourcing methods.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals and social media.

Evaluate candidate skills and coordinate interview scheduling.

Ensure timely closure of requirements within defined turnaround times (TAT).

Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and recruitment trends.

Support HR operations including:

On boarding & off boarding formalities.

Leave & attendance management.

General HR administration task and responsibilities
