Sourcing Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Season Launch - Key Milestone calendar finalisation with Product and create Capacity & Lead time details
• Prepare menu setting of month/category wise launch plan with close working with B&M, Channel Sales and Product team at category level
• Ensure close working with Sourcing/Fabric/Trim team to complete Trim Cost, Fabric Cost, Width, Consumption along with article level FOB costing before trade show
• Drive business allocation to potential partners basis detailed technical understanding of product categories e.g. Bodies, Fits, Core Fabric base and other technical workmanship areas
• Analyse and reduce supply chain lead times by systematic allocation of styles to partners (Mills/Garment Vendors) basis technical competencies, lead times and costing structure
• Conduct Flow meetings of T&A review & actions (Daily | Weekly) & Highlight expediting required & Bottlenecks to sourcing managers
• Monitor on On-time Performance and work on root cause with sourcing managers | Capacity vs Load | SCM Software Adoption by vendors
• Conduct periodic review meetings with Vendors on their performance
• Manage vendor capacities and drive fulfilment
• Review Fabric T&A and Garmenting T&A to drive 90% OTIF
• Vendor enrolment and on-boarding on vendor tool/portal to manage Costing, OTIF, VMI and Quality

Preferred candidate profile

• Thorough understanding of supply planning in apparels
• Strong analytical and statistical knowledge e.g. Performance Dashboards, MIS, RCA
• In depth understanding of inventory & Capacity management practices
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and adapt to changes
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross functional stakeholder management (Internal & External)
