Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sound Coach/Teacher to lead classes in Music Production and Sound Engineering for middle and high school students. The ideal candidate will not only teach the technical aspects of music production but also inspire students to appreciate how sound and music shape their world.


Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Music Production & Sound Engineering to students from middle school to high school, tailoring complexity to different age groups.
  • Ensure students gain a solid foundation in the subject and understand its practical applications.
  • Introduce students to Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), primarily Logic Pro, covering recording, editing, and basic mixing.
  • Professionally record, edit, and produce audio for school events such as annual day, sports day, and performances.
  • Manage live sound engineering, including mixing for choir, orchestra, and speeches during events. Collaborate with video editors and the creative team to produce high-quality audio-visual content for school marketing and advertising.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in the music industry (music, jingles, content, etc.).
  • Certification in Music Production / Audio Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior teaching or training experience (formal or informal).
  • Background as a musician is a significant advantage.
  • Strong experience working with artists and live musicians.
  • Technical expertise in Logic Pro and general DAW workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and patience in working with young learners.
