Job Description

Role Overview: As part of the gTech Ads team at Google, you will be responsible for leading Ads customer operations to provide product recommendations and optimization to advertisers. You will drive business enablement across products and Google Ads business, leveraging your engineering skills to scale existing tech solutions globally. Your role will involve owning the tech solution life cycle, from launch to maintenance and deprecation, for a portfolio of scaled solutions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving exceptional operations with vendor partners, inspiring service provider teams to exceed expectations and create excellent customer experiences. You will lead vendor selection, forecasting, resource and budget planning, and communicate clear requirements, goals, and feedback to vendor partners. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Ads customer operations to assist advertisers with product recommendations and optimization. - Drive business enablement across products and Google Ads business. - Scale existing tech solutions globally to be supported by vendors and service thousands of customers. - Own the tech solution life cycle, including launch, maintenance, bugs, feature requests, and deprecation for a portfolio of scaled solutions. - Drive exceptional operations with vendor partners, ensuring excellent customer experiences and maintaining global consistency. - Lead vendor selection, forecasting, resource and budget planning for vendor operations. - Communicate clear requirements, goals, and feedback to vendor partners. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations. - 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third party logistics relationships. - Experience managing vendor operations and working with globally managed service providers. - Experience with business or operations in advising customers on product activation and optimization. - Experience in Digital Marketing (SEM), Google Ads Optimization across Search and Shopping. - Experience in data and insights, understanding customer needs and working with data to identify trends and develop solutions. - Knowledge of SQL. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply project management tools.,
