Role Overview: You are a skilled SAP IT Expert joining the Noida Team. Your experience in IT support with Windows Server and Linux environments will be crucial for this role. You must have proven experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and SAP HANA. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 environments proficiently, including Group Policy administration. - Handle popular Linux distributions like SUSE 11,12,15SPS, Red Hat, including basic monitoring commands and administration. - Experience with SAP B1 Installation, Upgrades, basic troubleshooting, and familiarity with SQL Studio and HANA Studio. - Understand the TCP/IP protocol suite, including IP addressing, routing, and network troubleshooting. - Knowledge of network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls, along with protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, and DHCP. - Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs. - Knowledge of server hardware components, SSD, RAID, Processor, RAM, Management hardware console, ID-RACK, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of backup MS-SQL, HANA, and recovery strategies and tools. - Proficiency in MSSQL and HANA, along with understanding of database management systems like SQL Server and HANA Server. - An understanding of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and other third-party cloud providers will be an advantage.
