Solutions Engineer

As part of the India BFSI team at Cisco, you will be part of a dynamic organization that caters to a diverse set of customers in the Enterprise segment. Working closely with large Banking & Financial customers, strategic partners, and engineering teams, you will be involved in building solutions around cutting-edge technologies such as SDN, high-performance data center networks, cloud security, and AI. The BFSI customers you will be serving run critical applications and network infrastructure crucial for the country's digital economy. Therefore, the team's focus lies on achieving technical excellence combined with sales acumen. Your role will involve collaborating with a disruptive Sales engineering team to transform customer challenges into growth opportunities aligned with Cisco's strategic vision. You can expect exhilarating, inspiring, global, high-impact, and diverse growth opportunities within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end architecture, design, and recommendation of solutions for Large BFSI customer Accounts using Cisco technologies - Development of tailored, innovative solutions to optimize customers" infrastructure and align with their strategic objectives - Understanding and addressing common business challenges and regulatory guidelines in the Indian BFSI industry - Providing detailed documentation and standard methodologies for deployment of solutions like large-scale branch network infrastructure, private cloud infrastructure, and network & cloud security - Showcasing real-world examples of how technology can solve problems and drive business success - Leading POCs and demos with clearly articulated success criteria - Delivering engaging workshops to technical and non-technical audiences - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of technology pre-sales experience in areas like Cisco routing & Switching, Software-defined network, data center network, cloud security, or Network Performance and observability - Strong understanding of technologies such as SDN, SDWAN, SASE, etc. - Ability to articulate and showcase technology solutions effectively - Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively - Bachelor of engineering degree (ECE/CS) or equivalent - Technical certifications in Networking/Security/Cloud - Prior experience working with large enterprise customers As part of Cisco, you will join a diverse and inclusive team where individual skills and perspectives come together to drive our purpose of creating an inclusive future for all.
