Solutions Designer

You will be responsible for independently corresponding and sending product notes for L1 connects in L&D and HR. Additionally, you will work with Senior Solutions Design/Lead Solutions Design to craft the first level of design. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking customer conversations and closing any pending solutions. - Regularly communicating with KAMs on status updates and scheduling meetings with customers. - Maintaining the solutions repository. - Collaborating with the MarCom/Marketing team to draft success stories and case studies for website and social media campaigns. - Content Designing. To qualify for this role, you need to have completed Any Graduation or Post Graduation.
