Position Overview
The Solutions Architect is a strategic technologist responsible for defining, governing and delivering enterprise architectures that drive business transformation across multiple systems and business units. The role emphasizes technology strategy, solution design, data and cloud architecture, integration, and governance, including AI governance—to ensure responsible, secure, and compliant adoption of emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in the IT industry, including 5–8 years in solution architecture and stakeholder engagement.
Strong collaboration skills with virtual, geographically distributed, and culturally diverse teams.
Proficiency in enterprise architecture methodologies and tools (e.g., TOGAF, LeanIX).
Deep expertise in application architecture within complex, multi-disciplinary technology ecosystems.
Demonstrated results orientation with experience in Agile and product-centric delivery models.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), open-source technologies, API-led integration, and cloud-native architectures.
Desired: Experience in AI/ML solution architecture, data engineering, and advanced analytics platforms.
TOGAF certification and LeanIX proficiency preferred.
Experience in healthcare or healthcare payments domains is an advantage
