In this Role, you will: Serve Klarity clients as a subject matter expert (SME) during the onboarding process, and as an advisor to finance transformation efforts utilizing Klarity platform. Ability to understand client requirements use cases and translate into product solutions that meet customer needs. Create high quality project artifacts, including business requirement documents, process flows, and technical architecture and end to end design documentation. Advise C-level members on adoption of Klarity, and help accounting leaders understand how to best use the solution. Present a compelling demonstration of Klarity to clients. Serve as a feedback loop between the Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams on feature updates and product enhancements for the suite of Klarity products. Solutioning design: Developing a deep enough understanding of the Klarity product to design and guide development of solution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Experience coding in Python. Expertise leveraging GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc. to supercharge efforts. Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating high quality project artifacts, including proposals/SoWs, business requirement documents, process flows, data flow diagrams, and technical documents like high level system architecture. Excellent problem-solving, presentation and decision-making skills. Excellent oral communication skills. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with VP/C-level execs at Enterprises ($500m ARR+). Big 4 and/or top-tier management consulting firms (i.e. Bain, BCG, McKinsey) consulting experience. Experience solutioning with Enterprise Finance systems or other similarly complex enterprise systems.
