Role Overview: You will be leading the development of a modern, modular, and flexible restaurant technology platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for co-managing the roadmap for the HutBot platform, the in-restaurant management app. Your role will involve assessing, building, and supporting restaurant ordering platforms, integrating POS with third-party apps and aggregators. You will also oversee the integration of various systems such as Kiosks, Mobile Tablets, smart kitchen, delivery management systems, and BOH applications. Furthermore, you will be required to develop and maintain Enterprise architecture by building integrations between different platforms and apps. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of a modern, modular, and flexible restaurant technology platform - Co-manage the roadmap for the HutBot platform - Assess, build, and support restaurant ordering platforms, integrating POS with third-party apps and aggregators - Oversee the integration of various systems such as Kiosks, Mobile Tablets, smart kitchen, delivery management systems, and BOH applications - Develop and maintain Enterprise architecture by building integrations between different platforms and apps Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of development experience managing large projects and teams with progressive career growth - Development experience in Typescript/NodeJS with React framework preferred, however strong candidates with proven experience in related technologies e.g. Python, C# will be considered - Familiarity with cloud technologies, experience in AWS being a bonus, along with proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform - Strong understanding of modern database systems, including RDS (Postgres), NoSQL (DynamoDB, DocumentDB), and analytics tools like Snowflake, Domo (GDH), and Google Analytics - Experience in building and supporting restaurant ordering platforms, integrating POS with third-party apps and aggregators, Kiosks, Mobile Tablets, smart kitchen, delivery management systems, BOH applications such as inventory, labor, learning management, and other employee-facing apps - Experience in managing and building Enterprise architecture by building integrations between different platforms and apps while managing long-term strategic focus and roadmaps - Experience in managing large teams across multiple time zones Please note that the additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted for brevity.
