Solution / Technical Architect

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and defining technical approaches to address customer requests related to data conversions, system interfaces, custom reports, customer requested core software enhancements, and customizations. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, data management, and integration methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, developers, and customer stakeholders to ensure high-quality and efficient implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver tailored solutions for customer requirements such as data conversions, integrations, reporting, software enhancements, and custom system configurations.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and technology strategy.
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements such as performance, security and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business objectives and constraints.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team and provide technical designs.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate with third-party systems.
• Maintain data integrity, consistency and accuracy during system conversions and migration activities.
• Enforce architectural best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving roadblocks to ensure smooth solution implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture and design, with a focus on implementing enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation consulting.
• Strong expertise in enterprise system implementations and system integrations.
• Experience with databases and performance tuning (Application/Database)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in direct customer consultation and requirements gathering.
• Prior experience supporting U.S.-based software implementations is preferred.
• Prior to exposure to Microsoft Technology Stack.
