Solution Specialist - Merchant Engagement

Role Overview: As an Individual Contributor (IC) in the Merchant Engagement team at Qwikcilver, you will be responsible for deepening existing relationships and exploring new growth opportunities in your assigned territory. You will report to the People Leader of the region. Key Responsibilities: - Improve Revenue Share: Collaborate with current clients to enhance the overall revenue share through additional deployment and value-added services. - Retention: Formulate and implement a strong strategy to boost client retention and maintain continuity in relationships. Qualification Required: - Experience in BNPL, Fintech, and Digital. - 5-10 years of relevant experience. - Strong academic background with an MBA/PGDM/Graduate degree from Tier 1 universities.
