Role Overview: As a Solution Lead, your primary role will be to understand business processes within the F&A & HRO Vertical to identify problem statements. You will collaborate closely with functional and domain experts to assess how technology can address business challenges. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing technology solutions, leveraging industry knowledge to bring in technologies from partners, and forming alliances. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing solution artefacts and value propositions, aligning end-to-end business processes with technology solutions. Building relationships with various stakeholders such as functional teams, technology teams, sales, and pre-sales teams will be crucial. Your role as an individual contributor will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively respond to RFIs/RFPs and present solutions to clients while supporting the onsite Sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business processes and identify problem statements in the F&A & HRO Vertical - Collaborate with functional and domain experts to determine how technology can solve business problems - Evaluate existing technology solutions and bring in external technologies through partnerships - Develop solution artefacts and value propositions aligning business processes with technology solutions - Build relationships with multiple stakeholders including functional teams, technology teams, sales, and pre-sales teams - Respond to RFIs/RFPs and present solutions to clients with effective communication skills Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Note: The job description also includes additional details about the company's reinvention and digital transformation goals, emphasizing the need for individuals inspired by reinvention and constant evolution in a purpose-driven environment.)
