Solution Lead

You are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused GraphDB / Neo4J Solutions Engineer to join the team. Your role will involve delivering high-quality solution implementations to customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer success. As a Solution Lead, you are expected to provide in-depth solutions on Data-based Software Products to a global client base and partners. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication of complex technical information. You must have experience working with databases, specifically graph databases, and a strong background in Linux, networking, and scripting (bash/python). **Roles And Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with core engineering, customers, and solution engineering teams for functional and technical discovery sessions. - Prepare product and live software demonstrations. - Create and maintain public documentation, internal knowledge base articles, and FAQs. - Design efficient graph schemas and develop prototypes addressing customer requirements (e.g., Fraud Detection, Recommendation Engines, Knowledge Graphs). - Implement indexing strategies, partitioning, and query optimization in GraphDB. - Work during EMEA time zone (2PM to 10 PM shift). **Requirements:** **Education and Experience:** - Education: B.Tech in computer engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: 5+ years in a Solution Lead role on Data-based Software Products like GraphDB, Neo4J. **Must Have Skills:** - SQL Expertise: 4+ years in SQL for database querying, performance tuning, and debugging. - Graph Databases and GraphDB platforms: 4+ years hands-on experience with Neo4j or similar systems. - Scripting & Automation: 4+ years proficiency in C, C++, Python for automation, task management, and issue resolution. - Virtualization and Cloud knowledge: 4+ years with Azure, GCP, or AWS. - Management skills: 3+ years. - Experience in data requirements gathering, data modeling, whiteboarding, and developing/validating proposed solution architectures. - Ability to communicate complex information and concepts clearly to prospective users. - Monitoring & Performance Tools: Experience with Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar tools for system and performance monitoring. - Networking & Load Balancing: Proficiency in TCP/IP, load balancing strategies, and troubleshooting network-related issues.
