Your primary focus will be on providing customized solutions for backend sales operations and tele sales operations to create seamless customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals, technology infrastructure, and operational efficiency.Design, implement and direct a solution architecture to address specific problems and requirements, usually through the application of technical, business process and/or industry knowledge.
