Solution designer

As a Solution Designer at our contract logistics warehouse team in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative logistics solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include designing customized logistics solutions, collaborating closely with customers to understand their requirements, analyzing operational data for process optimization, integrating technology solutions like warehouse management systems, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will involve designing and developing tailored logistics solutions, collaborating with customers to identify improvement opportunities, analyzing operational data for optimization, evaluating and implementing technology solutions, and developing process enhancements. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution implementation and alignment across teams. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or business administration, along with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management focusing on solution design and implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, creative thinking, and familiarity with logistics technology such as WMS and TMS are essential for success.
