Solution Designer / BA

As a Solution Designer / Business Analyst at Prodapt, you will be a highly specialized professional with in-depth knowledge and expertise in designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting networks, particularly in the telecom domain. Your role will involve hands-on experience in the Lead to Cash journey processes and systems for Cellular Mobile service for Enterprise or End to End VPN service for Enterprise, Non-Terrestrial Network, and Cloud PBX. You will also be required to have a solid understanding of different Service Fulfilment journey metrics and various OSS applications supporting the Lead to Cash journey. Conducting workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders and presenting different solution options to architects will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, exposure to deriving insights using data, identifying improvements in processes, proposing solutions, and providing consulting services to telecom service providers is desirable. **Key Responsibilities:** - Mandatory knowledge of the following Network OSS applications: Inventory management (Service inventory/Physical inventory), Provisioning & Activation System, Element Management System, Network performance management, Order orchestration. - Knowledge of ServiceNow TNI module is mandatory. - Understanding of Telecom Access/Backhaul network, different network topologies, and nodes for various services. - Ability to use best practice methodologies, processes, functions, and data maps in the telecom, IT, and enterprise architecture. - Technical specialist skills in software design and implementations, with experience in cloud and on-premises systems architecture. - Requirements gathering for creating OSS service and solution design. - Producing High Level Designs, Low Level Designs, test plans, Deployment Guidelines, and TTO's. - Working in cross-functional delivery teams, including partners and vendors, to support delivery throughout the lifecycle. - Knowledge on APIs, Microservices, UML, CI/CD, REST/Webservices, and Agile Development. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree. - Minimum of 8 years and maximum of 18 years of experience. - Ability to work with stakeholders to define problem statements and root cause analysis. - Familiarity with Agile principles and tools like JIRA or ServiceNow SPM. - Proficiency in collaboration and presentation tools like Mural. This job requires you to have a strong background in network design and implementation within the telecom industry.
