Job Description

As an AI Business Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in leading strategic sales engagements aimed at facilitating customers" digital transformation using Microsoft's Business Applications portfolio. This portfolio encompasses CRM Sales & Service, Core ERP (Finance & Operations), Power Apps for Low Code/No Code development, and Co-pilot Studio for creating and enabling AI agentic scenarios. Your responsibilities will include driving business planning, overseeing Rhythm of Business (ROB) reviews, and collaborating with internal teams and partner ecosystems to unlock innovation and deliver business value. You will be responsible for: Customer Engagement & Strategic Planning: - Leading strategic account planning and ROB cadences to ensure alignment of business priorities with Microsoft's Business Applications portfolio. - Identifying whitespace opportunities and industry trends to formulate and execute territory plans. - Serving as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, effectively communicating the business value of CRM, ERP, and AI-powered solutions. Solution Leadership & Technical Expertise: - Promoting customer innovation by aligning business requirements with Microsoft's Business Applications, such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Co-pilot Studio. - Conducting technical conversations and workshops, leveraging in-depth knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI agentic capabilities. - Collaborating with Global Black Belts (GBBs) and engineering teams to address competitive obstacles and influence future product direction. Sales Execution & Deal Management: - Orchestrating the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while ensuring alignment with the account strategy. - Guiding the Specialist Team Unit (STU) and Account Team Unit (ATU) to generate pipeline and boost consumption. - Leading the execution of complex deals, implementing robust deployment plans, and ensuring customer success post-sale. Partner Ecosystem & Collaboration: - Validating and incorporating partner solutions into customer engagements. - Collaborating with ISVs and SIs to enhance offerings and expedite time-to-value. - Providing feedback to Global Partner Solutions (GPS) to enhance go-to-market strategies. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology-related sales, focusing on application platforms, CRM, ERP, or low-code/no-code technologies. Preferred: - MBA or Masters in Information Technology or a related field. - Over 10 years of experience in solution or services sales with a proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise sales.,
