Solution Area Specialist - AI Business Solutions for Workforce

Role Overview: As an ABS Specialist for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance in Mumbai location at Microsoft, you will play a crucial role in building digital transformation modern work strategies with customers. Your main focus will be on collaborating with different groups within the Customer environment to enable successful transition to digital transformation in a hybrid work environment. Through consultative customer conversations, you will work on planning, orchestrating, and executing end-to-end solutions including Frontline worker, Employee Experience, Teams Rooms and Phone, Next Generation Windows Experiences, and Copilot opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Execution: Orchestrate a virtual team to assess customer needs and develop proactive strategies to accelerate and close ABS opportunities. Manage a set of customers with a sales target. - Business Value Selling: Foster and expand Microsoft's relationships with Customer Business Decision makers. Hunt new ABS opportunities by identifying key business contacts, understanding customers" priorities, governance, decision processes, and landing the value proposition of Modern Work solutions. - Scaling and Collaboration: Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of Modern Work opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell. - Technical Expertise: Engage with Employee engagement and experience Business Decision Makers and IT decision makers, share best practices and competitor knowledge, and act as a subject matter expert to inform pursuit decisions. - Sales Excellence: Lead and plan for accounts across territories, conduct compete plans and business analysis, pursue high-potential customers, and manage ABS across the organization.
